We stand by all our jewelry and want to ensure that they are your perfect. All repairs/exchanges must be within 30 days of the order purchase. We will not replace lost items. Email hello@getsparkedchicago.com with any issue and pictures of repair. If you want to add length or shorten an item or repair an item that has broke after the 30 days, please contact us via hello@getsparkedchicago.com. There will be a reworking fee of $15.00 + roughly. You will be responsible for the shipping cost plus the repair fee. Both can be done up to 15 days of purchase. After the 15 days, its exchange only or store credit. Send a note inside your repair explaining what the issue is with order and included order #. Then ship items back, at your cost within 15 days of receiving exchange/repair confirmation letter.
